Cancellation Policy

No date modifications (date changes or stay duration reductions) are allowed within the 7-day window prior to the check-in date. Any such requests will be treated as cancellations.

  • Guests are typically required to make a 21% advance payment at the time of the booking (unless otherwise specified for certain periods). For reservations made with a partial advance payment, the remaining balance must be settled upon arrival at the property during check-in.
  • Our standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, and may also attract an additional fee at the property’s discretion.
  • We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
  • Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.
  • We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
  • Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
  • We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
  • Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
  • Guests are permitted to bring their own alcohol. Consumption of liquor is allowed only in the cafe and common area in a responsible manner and property guidelines.
  • Quiet Hours are from 11 PM to 9 AM. Do not play loud music or cause nuisance. Please respect neighbours and culture around.
  • All guests are advised to secure their belongings at all times. The property is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
  • Please note: Additional payment gateway fees will be added to the total amount at the time of payment. All payment gateway fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. (NO extra charges are applicable on UPI transactions)

I had an wonderful time at ZoukStayz(Moustache Hostel). I stayed there for a night and the vibe was really good. There is a pool table, common area to watch matches/movies at top floor and there is also a garden on the ground floor where there are events happening in the night and that’s an wholesome experience .

The place is decent. It needs maintenance. The room in which I was staying was small. Since it didn’t have any window, it felt suffocating. They have other rooms which are bigger and have balcony too. The staff was good. They have their own parking which is a plus for a hostel. Overall, the place is good for the price
