  • Do not opt for river rafting if you’re asthmatic, pregnant, or a heart patient.
  • If you see any tree logs or branches in the river, avoid them, and try to take on a different path.
  • Avoid carrying expensive items like car keys, mobile phones, and wallets on a rafting expedition.
  • While setting off on the rafting adventure, remember to carry a dry bag including the bee sting kits, inhalers, insulin, etc., which you may need during the trip.
